Our next step... includes you!

Hello All,

Life here in Shell Ecuador has been going OK.  We have had many challenges (we have been robbed twice) and health issues for nearly a month, but God is faithful.

One of the things robbed was our computer.  Consequently, we lost all our data and our history.

**Please send us an update of your information**

We have also been blessed with Jacob our new son.  We are fostering him with the hope of adoption one day.

This is his first haircut in our house.

At work, I have accepted the role of organizing teams for the hospital located in Shell and our community development office.  It has been the goal of our office to allow the family of God around the world to get involved in His work here in Shell.

I was hoping all of you would pray about organizing a team and coming to Ecuador with a group of 10 to 12 people in the next 12 months.

Please consider talking to your church, organizing a work team of your friends or adopting a project in Shell Ecuador.  Please consider allowing God to expand your vision of His world, be exposed to the needs of our community and respond in part.

Below is a link to our web site and a general video showing the work of the Community Development office in Ecuador.  It reviews the work in the mountains, coast and jungle.  This is an excellent video demonstrating what has been done over the last 30 years by the office.  Our office has a very high sustainability and success rate.  Partly due to the great care taken by working with people who are ready to help themselves.  For this reason, it is not our goal to provide large volumes of water projects reaching millions of people per year, but to provide fewer projects that stand the test of time.

If you would like me to call your pastor, church leader or small group leader to help facility this process in any way, please let me know.  I would be glad to speak via Skype with your community to assist in any way I can.

If you would like to be removed from this distribution list, please let me know.

Looking forward to hearing from everyone,

Eric
